Afternoon Tea is an elegant, timeless tradition beloved for generations. And at The Ice House, it’s easy to understand why this simple but special occasion remains so appealing…
It really is about getting the ingredients right. So you can choose from savouries that are never less than truly tempting: these include beautiful baked, glazed Gammon, award-winning Dozio Ella cheese from nearby Carracastle and Connemara smoked salmon supplied by our neighbour, Joe Garvin.
Something to drink? Naturally there’s a wonderful selection of teas and coffees or, if the occasion calls for it, prosecco or champagne.
And, of course, who can resist nibbling on homemade scones, perfectly complemented by Ice House berry jam and cream whipped to perfection.
It’s also about setting the scene. Against a background of the graceful River Moy, Afternoon Tea offers the picture-perfect chance to chat with friends or indulge yourself with some well-deserved me-time.
